Bio

Stan has played a key role, since joining the Weigand team in 1981, in maintaining the company�s core values while focusing integrating the construction industry�s newest field and operational technologies and techniques. He has held a variety of positions within the company including Tradesman, Project Superintendent, General Superintendent, Safety Director, Project Management, and currently, Vice President of Operations. Stan�s experience in both field and management roles helps to set a balance for our field personnel to not only �gets the job done�, but focuses on ease of delivery and client satisfaction. He continues to mentor and work with all project related personnel and facilitates the continual evaluation and improvement of the company�s field and support operations.



What do you most admire about Weigand Construction?



I really enjoy the people and the progressive attitude within the organization. We value our employees, with their safety and well being a priority. There is such a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the corporation that all are willing to share with other team members. In addition, the company embraces the philosophy of continuous self and corporate improvement and the need for continuing education. It is great to be a part of a group of people that is not only enthusiastic about building for our clients, but cares about bringing additional value to the process.
